She can give you insight into corporate flexibility that DCUM can only guess at. At some point, all parents will get to place where they need to leave the office by X time, regardless of how late their colleagues stay. It's easy to work later with babies. Elementary-age children not so much--mom of three (now 8, 6 and 4). [/quote]
