We deserve to know at least the charges against the school.[/quote] +1 just checked the faqs and the pp is full of it - there is no dcum policy against naming plaintiffs in a lawsuit. jeff s. has indicated in prior posts that naming private individuals may be basically not cool if you are not willing to name yourself when you identify them, but there is no policy especially in this case where we are talking about parents (not the kids) who chose to make their parental gripes public by hiring a gun to sue the school, principal, and who knows who else. if they are willing to make these allegations in court and wreak havoc for an entire elementary school losing a beloved principal, then they own this one and should move if they don't like the publicity they are getting.
