I don't think OP was complaining that FCPS was spending too much on special needs kids. There are other services that affect funding for "regular" kids than just special needs funding. You can fully support special needs spending and wonder why "regular" kids in FCPS don't get the same level of resources as those in surrounding counties. [/quote]
