Letters are still going out so your son will get one.  The online waitlist number for my kid was 50th for Thomas Pullen and I received just an acceptance letter dated 4/3.  Online says she is wait listed.  [/quote]

Ok, so I was not expecting my son to actually win a spot, so now I do not know what to do.  My daughter is in pre-k in a nearby private school (not Montessori), but it will be very hard to have the kids in two different schools.  Should I try to send her to a Montessori school next year and try to get her in by lottery in 1st grade?  Is there ANY way for me to get her in Kindergarten with him next year?[/quote]

Pretty much.  Our neighborhood school is actually not that bad, but I would prefer a language immersion program because I think that learning a second language while young is great, and I submitted my son for the montessori program because it starts at prek and he stays home during the day but is very ready for school.  But I sort of don't want the kids at separate schools.[/quote]
