It also doesn't take into account the people who have several placements. You can't state a preference, so they just choose a placement for you based on school needs. As an example, when the Spanish Immersion schools first opened, they placed people who listed SI as a choice there first. So it is really hard to figure out what's what from those raw numbers.[/quote]
