It's her time to use as she pleases. Being annoyed is one thing. Asking for legal options to do something about it is completely different. For what it's worth, the person in my office who did this is a senior partner. She gave the flu to our receptionist, by standing around coughing and sneezing at the reception desk while contagious. Doctor told her not to come to work. She ignored the instruction. [/quote]
