OP must be a miserable person in real life and an even more miserable employee / coworker. Who cares what the admin used her leave for? It's her f'ing choice, not yours. You don't want to be around someone who is sick? Go. The. Hell. Home. Yourself. You have no idea that she has the flu. It could be allergies (given the warmer weather here), it could just be the common cold. There is nothing you can legally say or do.
