It's a reprint
The handwriting is obviously different in the numbers/sig  the racist message 
No date is pictured
It supposedly was posted right after it happened but the receipt is old and crumpled and faded 
No name above credit card authorization line

Are you a handwriting expert?  I think not. I often start out cursive and switch to print or vice versa.

The reprint could be explained easily- print one is customer copy, reprint is merchant copy.

Have you ever gotten a racist or sexist note?  I have. I crumpled it up and cried. Then I smoothed it out and showed it to people. You want to be racist?  Fine, but I'm going to out you for the scum that you are.
