Next thing you know there is a starbucks and whole foods relocating to the area. The crack house gets closed down and the home values go up. Very few people know what neighborhood is going to be the next "It" place and the same goes for men. Just pick a decent one that you like and want around and maybe you will get lucky. Just stay away from the obvious cracked foundation=substance abuse, mold=wife beater. You get the point.[/quote]
