It's NOT in the affidavit and the charges are reiterated by PBS and CNN. That doesn't mean those WERE the charges. The actual charges would be in the court documents. Someone posted the affidavit from the FBI agent and the only mention of a gun was what the son said the guy told him.

The FBI specifically told Congress there were no guns on 1/6 confiscated.

Reffitt has stated multiple times that he had a gun with him in the Capitol. The Government has recordings of him telling his son he was armed, and a recording of a Jan 10 Zoom call
