I'm not optimistic here.[/quote] McCarthy really has no choice but to eventually call their bluff. They don’t have realistic demands. They aren’t negotiating, they just really like holding hostages. They won’t even compromise enough to pass a dead end bill in the Republican House. Meanwhile, the Senate bill would pass the House easily on a bipartisan vote if McCarthy allows a vote. The only question is how long it takes until McCarthy allows that vote. [/quote]
