But, what doesn’t make any sense to me is that plenty of IEP teams do simply refuse to put things in IEPs. What’s going on in your case that you’re being told you can’t do that, apparently while threatening to retaliate against you if you do? And if it's really that bad, I don't know why you wouldn't whistleblow, after which it would become very hard for MCPS to take any adverse job actions on you without risking a lawsuit. [/quote]
