I'm assuming ACPS will join them. This just sucks, my kid does have a disability that masks are definitely not helping and actively hurting, but ACLU isn't interested in those kids I guess. Everything I've seen about the cases they are representing are for kids for whom it will literally never be safe to unmask, ongoing lung issues, significantly immunocompromised. I wonder this too. I know a kid with a condition ACLU is yelling about. Despite the family’s warranted extreme caution he still got Covid (thankfully he was fine, because kids with his condition have entire protocols they use for every respiratory disease, plus yay vaccines!). Universal masking didn’t make him safer enough - but treatment and vaccines did.[/quote]
