Thanks for sharing.  Which model did you see?  Would you mind sharing some of the more interesting option pricing options?  I'm curious about their luxury outdoor living space and how much they are charging for a finished basement.[/quote]

Defer to the posters that went, but in a similar priced neighborhood we went to, the luxury outdoor living ranged from 35-45k depending on the lot grade. That did not include any steps down, etc., if the lot was slopped. The finished basement was about 20k just for the rec room. I believe it was almost double to add the bathroom/bedroom.
