There are no restrictions on contact or communication or otherwise making a sales pitch. The only restriction is DA players aren't allowed to attend training with another DA club without their club's permission. This doesn't really matter though since the local DAs all play each other 3x per year so there are ample opportunities for coaches to assess other teams players. [/quote]
