The OP said the the FCPS person mentioned many "communities" prepping. While that could mean people in a certain geographic region, it could also mean ethnic/cultural background. Just because you don't agree with someone's opinion doesn't make that person a troll. It is especially interesting that the GBRS and the WISC seemed to have no impact, despite being high.
