1. Applying from a private school

3. Ethnic/racial profiling
4. Lack of best work samples
I do not think racial profiling is an issue here. Whoever suggested in this thread is a work of a troll!!
Additional point:
GBRs from private school seems to carry less or no weight.
Why is suggesting racial profiling trolling? The OP said the the FCPS person mentioned many "communities" prepping. While that could mean people in a certain geographic region, it could also mean ethnic/cultural background. Just because you don't agree with someone's opinion doesn't make that person a troll. It is especially interesting that the GBRS and the WISC seemed to have no impact, despite being high.
There are plenty of Asians/Indians in AAP program. This is the first time i am reading racial profiling could be the reason!!

Please let’s not take this to something it is not
Let’s keep the topic on aap, selection process and what I could do next

This is especially in the TJ mania part of FCPS.
Whites are obsessed with scamming their kids into AAP including bribing and cheating.
Asians are tiger moms and prep like hell starting in preschool.

This is one of the most absurd things I've seen on DCUM.
