There is no real team. Welcome to DCU.
There's a team but not a real team?
You haven't been following. Too much to explain again. Go through the thread to the part about how DCU decided to drop the U14s the year and have a makeshift "team" playing random games.
Oh, they have a U14's Future Roster players program Not sure that qualifies as makeshift and random
considering that most academies have an actual team that trains together all the time, and they had a team at that age group last year, I think "makeshift and random" is fair for what it is now.
The meanings of makeshift and random is subject to interpretation apparently If the current U14's have a roster, structure and schedule, that by nature makes it neither random nor makeshift Frequency of training and games isn't a qualifier
Oh? Do they have those things?
DCU doesn't have a u14 team this year. FULL STOP. However you want to dress that fact up or play it down...be my guest. But that fact doesn't change. Anyone saying otherwise is lying. All of the kids playing with DCU at the u14 age group are basically guest players for DCU while still rostered and playing full minutes at their normal pay to play club.
DCU has a U14 Future Roster team They have a set roster list with selected game-day rosters They have a dedicated coach They train weekly They have already played multiple games All factual statements
🤣🤣🤣 I could say the same about my 6 year olds elementary school team. Like a PP said, there is no u14 team at DCU. Any other statement to the contrary is just putting lipstick on a pig
In other words, you're saying the statements made above are all true and factual So you can only counter with cynicism
Yes the statements you say are all true. So what?? It doesn't change the fact that there is no MLS Next team competing in MLS next at u14 for DCU. You just can't get around that fact...and that fact means DCU is a less comprehensive program than most of the programs in the MLS. Which in turn confirms the obvious...DCU is an inferior academy in the MLS.
New York Pizza is inferior to Chicago pizza North Carolina barbecue is inferior to Texas barbecue Rock & Roll is inferior to Country music See how easy it is to just say your opinion Isn't your kid at a top European academy? Why are you so overly obsessed with DC? Or is it that you're obsessed with DC kids because you so badly wish your kid was as good as them?
Like I said before, my kids are grown. So no, I dont really care about what you're saying. What I do care about is not letting DCU feed parents a lie about the quality of their program.and/what it can do for them. The difference is that the majority held option in the nation, is that DCU is inferior. You won't find any credible person telling you otherwise.
Lol 😆 You arguing with someone on an anonymous forum who's clearly just pushing your triggering self-hate and insecurity buttons has nothing to do with the DC United Academy You think you're smarter than the parents of kids who choose to have their kids at DCU? Why do they need your biased jaded emotional input? Not a single living soul is going to use your gibberish on a gossip forum to decide what to do with their kid. The parents of the talented quality kids didn't need you to become professional academy prospects and they sure as heck won't need you to make decisions. You're delusional on multiple levels thinking either the Academy or the parents would care about your blithering nonsense You ain't no all-knowing sage or prophet except in your own mind You're mildly amusing brief intermittent entertainment btw, where can we find this list of promises and guarantees DC United Academy is giving prospective parents? Your kid didn't make it to fulfill your daydream fantasies and you're angry as heck. Move on to save what's left of your sanity
