If they did, no one would have been charged and there wouldn't have been an ongoing investigation likely to result in an additional arrest per Chief Davis. Hard to arrest a dead guy and all. BB thought his story would carry the day but they noped out up top at home invasion and no signs of forced entry. [/quote]
