Nothing is happening.  But Jack Evans was one of the few people on the record as supporting this deal, and he was just forced to resign due to his corruption, so maybe with him gone, better policymaking can prevail.  [/quote]

Yup this.  This is the type of deal that makes dC look like it isn’t capable of governing in a competent way.  Maret is being penny wise and pound foolish because it’s losing its reputation even if it’s getting a deal by paying only $95,000/year for a DC park when other Dc privates are spending millions to enhance their infrastructure.[/quote]
