It’s a process. Talent comes from the program, so you have to build the program first. Best facility in DMV. Residential academy. GA program with arguably the best girls coaching slate in DMV. MLSN2 program starting next year. UPSL semi-pro men’s team. And now a USL Championship pro men’s team. All built from nothing over just a few years. No one in the DMV has or is building anything even remotely similar, other than DC United Academy. It takes time, but talent—outside talent that is attracted to the resources and inside talent that develops from the resources—will be the result. [/quote]
