She made the tape in 2003. It was leaked in 2007. Are you trying to tell me that Kim K plotted back in 2003 to make this video with her boyfriend that she could then pretend to leak four years later? That story is more plausible to you than the one where Ray J sold it to Vivid who was going to release it and Kim did the math and figured it was better to get a cut of the proceeds vs. waste time trying to take them to court.
