Personally I have had sexual abuse experiences and having to deal with naked men in a women's locker rooms is a seriously traumatizing experience for me. It would have serious repercussions for my mental health (due to no fault of my own...I can't just "deal" as so many have suggested). I should not have to deal with naked men in women's locker rooms. It's not about the fear of being attacked - it's about having to see men's genitals in an environment where I shouldn't have to worry about that.

I'd be fine using neutral facilities if I know the chance to have to see penises in the women's locker room exists. But 'having to deal' is not okay. True equality means respecting everyone's rights equally. And not valuing one group of people more than another.[/quote]
