Please write to the US Attorney and propose a prosecution based on this. My guess is you will not succeed because he was already prosecuted under federal law.
And good luck getting the US Attorney to prosecute considering they are also they attorneys who prosecute the DC code. I am sure Bondi will get right on it lol.
This whole operation has turned the prosecutors office into a complete joke. https://www.nbcwashington.com/news/local/no-credibility-left-judge-upbraids-prosecutors-for-handling-of-dc-surge-cases/3984073/
Wow. They are charging people with "attempted threats" -- and those charges are not sticking. What is an attempted threat? I tried to threaten him but had a coughing fit in the middle of it? I shook my cane in his direction, but he couldn't see me from so far away? This is how they are bumping up the "arrest" numbers. They can arrest people for nothing -- how many people that the "surge" is arresting (as opposed to our usual MPD) are being convicted of serious crimes? Stop the dog and pony show and get back to normal, good, policing and rational prosecutions. It is terrible for civil order to undermine the justice system like this.
