A. Everyone who applies for asylum arrives “illegally,” that’s how it works

B. He was granted asylum because he was targeted by gangs in El Salvador due to his mothers business, this is in his 2019 court documents, along with the robust evidence that he was not a member of any gang, let alone MS13

C. He was checking in with ICE yearly and paying taxes, etc

D. None of this really matters when the administration ADMITS IT WAS A MISTAKE. They’re not even claiming he was deported legally, they admit wasn’t legal and was a mistake, they’re just not fixing it.

E. If they wanted to revoke his asylum status, they could have gone through the legal process and done so and send him to another country that was not El Salvador. They chose the route that circumvented legal process.

F. He has never been convicted of a crime in El Salvador OR in the U.S., so sending him to PRISON in El Salvador makes no sense

G. If the federal government can just say “they’re a terrorist” and without proof or cause or process send him to prison another country and say “oh well” then THEY COULD DO THAT TO YOU TOO. [/quote]

Yes I’m aware the United States bombs and wrongfully imprisons people in other countries, I’m not an idiot as to how we maintain a malicious military presence worldwide. There’s a distinctly different cadence to just grabbing legal US residents and citizens and sending them to prison in other countries that way too many U.S. citizens are being blasé about thinking it couldn’t happen to them just as easily if they quietly let it happen to this man.
