Yet again the Dems fell for the bait. This is not the winnable issue. Yes, I agree it’s unconstitutional and that is dangerous but it’s not playing well in the court of public opinion bc of the assault charges.

Focus on the mess Trump is making of the economy. That is clear and a winnable issue.

Focus on the closure of rural health and Head Start. So many stories from parents who rely on Head Start to highlight.

Focus on all the losses to science through the NIH and university research cuts and how this jeopardizes our status as an innovator.

Focus on grocery store prices. Pick someone from the Midwest and have them report on their grocery bill weekly.

Focus on the oligarchy AOC/Sanders message. Highlight the conflict of interest inherent in sending out all social security statements over X.

Focus on the poor woman kidnapped from Tufts by plain clothed ICE officers.

There is so much to chose from. The Dems have money to do their research. I just don’t understand how they can keep picking up winnable issues?!?

He didn’t need a hearing to prove he is in a gang to be removed. He is removable because he is an illegal alien. He tried to plead asylum but that failed. He had due process in 2019 but judge declined to give him amnesty.


He later received a waiver preventing the US from deporting him. He was here legally. No removal order.


Wrong again. The order was that he couldn’t be taken to El Salvador because he was worried about gang reprisals. It did not grant him asylum in the US and he was still deportable.



Wait a minute. how are people squaring:

- “he was never a gang member” ??

Both cannot true simultaneously.

Yes I’m aware the United States bombs and wrongfully imprisons people in other countries, I’m not an idiot as to how we maintain a malicious military presence worldwide. There’s a distinctly different cadence to just grabbing legal US residents and citizens and sending them to prison in other countries that way too many U.S. citizens are being blasé about thinking it couldn’t happen to them just as easily if they quietly let it happen to this man.
