That's a pretty idiotic statement (and you know that). First, violence against women isn't a statistic that is led by Black men. It's all too common among all races. The common thread here is that Black men are more likely to be shot by police during a traffic stop. Resisting arrest and having a criminal record are crimes that should be punished by the legal system (in court)...not on the street by a racist cop.[/quote]

Yes, true.  About 1000 people a year are killed by the police.  Presumably, the vast majority are justified.  Even if not, the vast majority of the public interacts safely with the police.[/quote]
