Apparently, families in Palisades and Spring Valley don't like being told that they should have bought homes in better neighborhoods. So, their solution is to get a new school built for them. But, I agree with you that they should either go to their inbounds school, apply out-of-bounds, enter charter lotteries, or go private. Those are the same options most families in the city face.
