THAT is the price of admisssion. Period. Then once the dust settles, let every Ward fix its own schools; they are then true " community schools"

I guess Palisades parents are not satisfied with the Rhee-ification of Hardy so now they want their own. That's quite a "Plan B" they've got there. Incredible. I imagine that diversity at the new school will be measured by the number of students from each side of MacArthur Blvd.

That was pretty uncool. You obviously knew that, or you wouldn't have posted it in the first place, instead of choosing to "apologize" with the embarrassed emoticon - and then posting anyway.
Pretty low class.
Hardy is a school which has been through a lot of public turmoil, especially with respect to IB issues and IB families. Before going from Zero-to-Bitch in 10 seconds, maybe it's worth it to ask her to clarify? It's entirely possible she's telling the truth.

They are also (obviously) not matters that affect your child, either.
One can see how that makes it easy for you to be so unconcerned.
Anonymous wrote:were you not welcome because you're IB or because of something you said or did?
It's hard to imagine any teacher, not to mention multiple teachers, telling any parent "you're not welcome" unless the parent is coming in to their classrooms unannounced and demanding attention.
