It's going to be more complicated than that.  Hogan seems to be suggesting that we'll a gradual reduction of restrictions as we go through the stages.  I fully expect, for example, that we'll see libraries reopen with mask requirements and capacity restrictions.  And aren't we already doing that with pools in other parts of the state?[/quote]

MoCo fails again. Other counties in MD have curb-side library service. You reserve a book by placing a hold in their online system, then go pick it up once it arrives. There's nothing to prevent them from doing that here. It's like it's the government culture in Montgomery County is not to be innovative at all.[/quote]
