[/quote] I do not believe she lied. Her words and acts like the words and acts of everyone who supported the reconfiguration have been twisted and distorted. The extent and duration of added delay will be discussed by the Council using actual data, not anecdotes. That will be weighed against benefits (including data on reduction in speeding). [/quote]
