MSI is not offering money to build additional classrooms, larger schools or new schools (to relieve overcrowding). But field construction and maintenance does come out of the CIP budget, I think. So taking money from MSI for fields results in more County and State money for other construction projects to relieve overcrowding, no? But that doesn't seem to be the point you're making. Your point seems to be that somehow taking money from MSI for fields makes it harder to address over crowded schools? I don't get it.[/quote]
