There was no crime being committed here (possibly trespass if the guests weren't allowed) but it doesn't take a law degree to understand that with the situation presented the officers would need management to show up and make the complaint. Random citizen can make a complaint but if there's no evidence of a crime the police need to go. It boggles my mind that the police would stay on the scene over the rantings of some ancient nutbar with an axe to grind.[/quote]
