Because he doesn’t want to lose his law license by lying under oath. He was big mad with Wade and Willis, willing to help someone who wanted to take them down. When he ended up on the stand, he was unwilling to continue the charade. Now, he’s pissed at Merchant for calling him to testify when she couldn’t find anyone else to back up his story. I don't know if Bradley was lying then or lying now. What I do know is that he cannot be trusted. I would never refer a client to him. Lawyers refer people to other lawyers all the time if they do not handle that type of law. However, I would never trust my client, friend, family member, colleague with Bradley as their attorney. If he was in my social circle, I would avoid him like the plague. He cannot be trusted. If he was my law partner, I would dissolve the partnership. Bradley cannot be trusted. He broke almost every code in the book. He broke the bro code, the friend code, the business partner code, the attorney-client code, and finally the Black code. He should become a pariah in the community. I don't know if he was upset with Wade for kicking him out of the firm due to the sexual harassment allegations, or if he was pimping and puffing because he wanted to hit on Merchant, I just know he is not a man to be trusted.
