Some of the testimony seems like it should be struck. How can they prove some of this stuff and make sure it isn’t just people with a vendetta? I would be highly suspicious if I was a juror. I think the evidence of abusing his ex is obvious but that is not what he is being charge for. So far it looks like he is an abusive guy who has some weird (well I think weir) sex habits but there is a world full of sei gees so that doesn’t seem illegal. I also noticed even the sex wonder says he was asked if he wanted to have sex and not had to so that makes this case harder.
I listen to the trial every day. There is plenty being struck. As far as believing the witnesses, that’s up to the jurors. It’s the prosecutors job to make their witnesses appear truthful and honest. So far they have done a very good job of this. The wittness have corroborated others testimony. The defense’s job is to make these witnesses appear dishonest, catch them in lies or find inaccuracies, attack their image, find dirt on them etc. Anything that will cause doubt for the jurors. So far the defense job has done a very poor job of this. The jurors will be well equipped to decide Diddy’s fate. Before they deliberate the judge will go over each charge, define the charge, and explain what is needed to find a guilty or non guilty verdict. As someone who has been watching this closely and who has read each persons testimony thus far, it’s looking bad for Diddy. The defense has a lot of work to do if they want to win this case.
How does one listen to it?
