It’s the prosecutors job to make their witnesses appear truthful and honest. So far they have done a very good job of this. The wittness have corroborated others testimony. The defense’s job is to make these witnesses appear dishonest, catch them in lies or find inaccuracies, attack their image, find dirt on them etc. Anything that will cause doubt for the jurors. So far the defense job has done a very poor job of this.Anonymous wrote:Some of the testimony seems like it should be struck. How can they prove some of this stuff and make sure it isn’t just people with a vendetta? I would be highly suspicious if I was a juror. I think the evidence of abusing his ex is obvious but that is not what he is being charge for. So far it looks like he is an abusive guy who has some weird (well I think weir) sex habits but there is a world full of sei gees so that doesn’t seem illegal. I also noticed even the sex wonder says he was asked if he wanted to have sex and not had to so that makes this case harder.
The jurors will be well equipped to decide Diddy’s fate. Before they deliberate the judge will go over each charge, define the charge, and explain what is needed to find a guilty or non guilty verdict.
As someone who has been watching this closely and who has read each persons testimony thus far, it’s looking bad for Diddy. The defense has a lot of work to do if they want to win this case.
How does one listen to it?

Did you see this part of her testimony?Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:I lost access to the boards yesterday until just now. Was I the only one? Anyway, there is A LOT going on in court today. It's more really damaging testimony against Diddy, and again, the defense is not doing a good job of going after these witnesses. They have not challenged any of the awful things these people have testified about Diddy. Right now they are just coming back from lunch and we have Mia, the anonymous witness who Diddy sexually assaulted, on the stand. She has been a really good witness for the prosecutors, so far. Every time I think it can't get worse, each new witness describes more horrific details.

Yikes- and this isn’t even the worst of it
“The witness recalled a scary confrontation in 2012 when she and Ventura were barricaded into a beachside room, hiding from an enraged Combs during a vacation in the Turks and Caicos islands.
They pushed furniture to block the front door as Combs was allegedly banging and screaming to be let inside.
"I was looking at Cass and she was screaming for help and, 'You have to help me, Puff is going to kill me,'" "Mia" recalled. "She is usually chill and calm and she was terrified."
The pair dashed out a back door to the beach and out to a paddle board, allowing them to flee into the water.
"The weather shifted dramatically and the sky turned black," Mia remembered. "We were both debating. I was trying to weigh if it was scarier to face Mother Nature or go back to Puff. We eventually went back to Puff."

“As Sean “Diddy” Combs stands trial in New York, the music industry is reckoning with a hard truth: how did he stay untouchable for so long? Music journalist Sowmya Krishnamurthy—who once interned at Bad Boy Records—joins Audie to unpack how hip-hop missed its Weinstein “Me Too” moment. “
Maybe because he was a black Epstein? His whole being was a blackmail scheme? Interesting how we don’t hear about secret camera footage & all the celebs and politicians at these orgy parties during the trial…

And the accounts matched.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Some of the testimony seems like it should be struck. Each of the prosecution witnesses are corroborating what each other are saying. These aren’t just people that were in a relationship with him with a vendetta…its staff that worked for him, police officers, investigators, etc. For example, one of the police officers who arrived to Kid Cudi‘s house just corroborated that there was a vehicle from bad boy records there because he ran the plates. This validates both Diddys assistant who testified yesterday said and what Cassie said. So I’m not understanding what you think should be struck?
On top of that, the defense has not done hardly anything to show that these witnesses are untrustworthy.
Plus video and picture evidence.
Diddy's lawyers just called for a mistrial because the prosecution implied Diddy may have destroyed fingerprint evidence on the glove found in Kudi's car. The judge ruled that the arson investigators testimony could be struck but the mistrial request was declined
The arson investigator said he wanted to interview witnesses from Diddy's camp but nobody would talk to him.
