Each of the prosecution witnesses are corroborating what each other are saying. These aren’t just people that were in a relationship with him with a vendetta…its staff that worked for him, police officers, investigators, etc. For example, one of the police officers who arrived to Kid Cudi‘s house just corroborated that there was a vehicle from bad boy records there because he ran the plates. This validates both Diddys assistant who testified yesterday said and what Cassie said. So I’m not understanding what you think should be struck?

On top of that, the defense has not done hardly anything to show that these witnesses are untrustworthy.
