Also Miranda is REALLY dumb for co-owning a house with Steve and being the only person responsible for the mortgage. It would be a good point if she was the only one on the deed, but to point out that she’s the only one on the mortgage is saying “I’m f***ed here.” [/quote] weren’t they married? [/quote]
Yes, so presumably they’re both on the deed and each have equal right to the house. But if she’s the only one in the mortgage she’s the only one who has the responsibility of paying for it. Really dumb of her to put herself in that position in the first place, and even more dumb to try to make the point to him that that’s why the house is hers.[/quote]
