[/quote] The judge has not decided Lively’s lawsuit is moving forward. That’s what he’s weighing right now. Most of her case will get kicked before trial. Baldoni’s case was only kicked due tor privilege, not on the merits. Blake has conniving lawyers who set it up well, as we say with Vanzan, but that has nothing to do whatsoever with who’s right and who’s wooing.[/quote]
