[/quote] We live in Capitol View Park (parts in SS, parts in Kensington) and just had two houses go near us for $550. Super close to Bethesda, where I work and where kids go to daycare, and also to DTSS. If you buy in someplace like Forest Glen or CVP, it makes things a bit easier. Parts of Rockville might work for you, too. But I think there's just not much inventory right now--that'll change soon.[/quote]
