It’s a chicken or egg question.  Yes, the parents are crazy, but BG basically encourages the craziness (or, at least, plays into it).  It was a mostly normal place until about 2016/2017.  Then you had total lunatic families come to swim at GP so that their kids could swim for BG (or could some day).[/quote]

I say this as a parent of a younger kid at Prep: I’m crossing all fingers and toes that BG is retired by the time my kid can be moved up to Gold 1/2 (as I am not one of the above-mentioned insane parents)🤞🏻 I just want my kid to still enjoy swimming in high school and hope this new coach will promote that atmosphere. Anyone know anything about Dan S?[/quote]
