No slight to SPSG, but I agree that Darien is way overrated. After seeing them play SPSG, and most of their game against St. Anthonys, it's clear to me that Maryvale is without a doubt #1 team in the country. I don't know why MV chose to play such a weak out of conference schedule when this is the year they could have beaten most of the perennial powers and shown without a doubt they're #1.

That said, I do think MV is beatable but whoever makes it to the end with them in the IAAM better be solid on the draw and have a good defense or it will be a blow out.[/quote]

Not really familiar with that team but did watch their game against Darien and was surprised to see lots of turnovers and one of their players (Florida commit) scored 5/8 of their goals. Darien does really know how to pressure the ball, but maybe St A was having an off game. [/quote]
