Sooooo, based on this thread, men aren't allowed to have any hobbies, because they're all turnoffs. But in another thread women will complain, "WhY iS Dh So BorInG!!??". Lol.
If you allow her ever-changing feelings to dictate what you do, then your life will be a living hell. And ironically, if you stop doing something because she says it’s a “turn off” then she (quite properly) will think your lack of spine is a turn off. Just do what you want. If she doesn’t like it, there’s always some other woman who will.
A lot of time there seems to be a light switch effect. Something is great and then it isn’t and all of a sudden the whole relationship was never “good”, even though it was. If you have a hobby that you like to do and she hates it that’s fine. But if you give it up you’ll end up resenting her and then that just starts a downward spiral. If she hates the fact you play video games and complains about it and you give it up she’ll just complain about the next thing she doesn’t like that you do. Just play your game and put on a headset so you can’t hear her. But also…don’t play games all day, get up and do something productive then go waste some snotty teenagers on COD.
