Never mind the fact that that ignores a massive amount of history of distrust in the medical care system by the black community die to egregious history like Tuskegee experimentation.

Maybe it has never occurred to your infantile brain that there is a larger societal issue that primarily affects men more than women that makes them more hesitant to access healthcare (just like black community for years was distrusting of doctors)?  If so, that needs to be addressed through more public health spending directly targeting men.  Sure, there are some men who don’t go due to superhero syndrome, but the reasons men go for less are way more nuanced and complicated than your peon brain can comprehend:
