[/quote] That's kind of a disconnect because the things that result in the top ranking are not things that any individual student could undermine. US News doesn't ding a school if a student gets a B- on a test or makes a critical You Tube video. On the other hand, the university taking steps to support students so that they return as sophomores and eventually graduate, or reducing their debt burden, bolster the ratings. [/quote]
