Last bullet in the middle section of page 23:

Employee 1 said that on JUNE 5th, employee 23 told her and Employee 5 that employee 25 was under investigation for sexual harassment and would receive a reprimand at a minimum.

On June 7th they had appointments committee which is lead by the chief of HR.

How does Brian Hull, the COO for the district and Key's boss, still have a job given his direct involvement in the Khalid Walker scandal? Not to mention the NUMEROUS operational failures (EBP plan deficit, safety and security failures, spending freezes hurting schools, etc.) that have occurred on his watch?[/quote]
