Zero, because I'm not in sales of any kind.  Why would someone selling houses post here at all?  The chances of a potential buyer seeing some limited mention of a property here is practically zero compared to interested buyers using Zillow, realtor.com, etc  Why people assume realtors post here to shill their listings is beyond me - that would make no sense.  Postings about houses here are almost always limited to useless assertions of personal taste, of no value to a prospective buyer, e.g., "It's ugly", or "It's charming", or maybe "location is great (or "is awful").  Vacuous bald opinions of no credibility which nobody is going to actually consider in their own decision-making.[/quote]
