[/quote] Going by memory, but they had around 90,000 applications last year, 20,000 were in state. That yielded 6,000 acceptance for 4,000 seats. That leaves around 70,000 OOS applications for 8,000 acceptances and 4,000 seats. So closer to 11%[/quote]
