I can probably count on one hand the number of times I've had an interaction with a doctor that lasted more than five minutes.  Which is totally fine.  I'm not there to chit chat.[/quote]

I sometimes get patients like that, and I am super grateful to them (you!).  They make up for 15 minute appointments that need full 45 minute of my time.[/quote]
