[/quote] Ehhh I have Kaiser too and we typically have to wait at least 20 minutes, often more, for the pediatrician. She is always, always late even for early morning appointments. I once waited in an exam room for over an hour to see my then-PCP, nobody came to tell me what was going on so I had to threaten to leave.[/quote]
